You are invited to exhibit at the 9th National Conference on Addiction & Criminal Behavior to be held at the Hyatt Regency St Louis Riverfront, 4th & Chestnut, St. Louis, Missouri on September 28 through October 1, 2008.
About Us
GWC Training Network, host of the National Conference on Addiction & Criminal Behavior plays a unique and critical role in educating addiction and criminal justice professionals about the parallels of addiction, criminal behavior and community re-entry. The National Conference on Addiction & Criminal Behavior is the only four-day conference devoted entirely to meeting the education and training needs of addiction and criminal justice professionals working with substance abusing offenders. This event features workshops and general sessions presented by nationally known experts that have developed strategies for effectively reaching today's incarcerated drug offender and helping them to successfully reenter back into the community. We expect attendance to be from 500-600 participants. The smaller size of this conference affords exhibitors more personal contact with the conference attendees, all focused on criminal justice training.
Exhibitor Schedule
Exhibits may be set up from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Saturday or Sunday before 8:00 a.m. Exhibits will open Sunday at 8:00 a.m. Sunday evening the "Meet & Greet Ice Cream Social" will be held in the Exhibit Area. Breaks are offered in the Exhibit Area throughout the conference to allow for more face to face time.

Exhibit Information
Exhibit Hours: The Exhibit Area is open to attendees Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Meet & Greet Ice Social will be held in the Exhibit Area Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. These times are tentative and subject to change.
Exhibit Space: All exhibit spaces will include a draped table (6' x 30") and 2 chairs. Tables are assigned on a first come first served basis. Any electrical or telecommunications needs should be addressed directly with the conference hotel (see below).
Set up and tear down: Set-up for the conference is Saturday afternoon 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. or Sunday morning before 8:00 a.m. The Exhibitor Area will close Wednesday at Noon.
Cancellation: No refunds will be given for Exhibit registration.
Liability and Security: The exhibitor area cannot be secured by the GWCTN or the hotel. Exhibitors are advised to use caution when leaving valuables unattended in the exhibit area. Exhibitors shall accept all liability (damage, loss, or accident), which might ensue from any cause in connection with transfer, installation, maintenance, display, or removal of exhibits. Neither the hotel nor the conference organizers will accept responsibility for theft or damage. Exhibitors are encouraged to insure themselves against losses and claims.
Fee: The exhibitor registration fee of $500 includes one full conference registration, attendance to workshop sessions and included meals. Additional exhibitors may attend the workshops and participate in luncheon and continental breakfast for an additional charge of $100 per day. Hotel Information: A block of sleeping rooms are reserved at the Hyatt Regency St Louis Riverfront , 4th & Chestnut, St. Louis, MO 63102. special conference rates are $117.00 single or double, the parking rate for overnight guest is $10.00 a day (deadline for this rate is September 5, 2008). Participants should call 1-800-233-1234 to reserve a room. (You must identify yourself as an Exhibitor with National Conference on Addiction & Criminal Behavior to receive this rate.) It is suggested that participants call as soon as possible for a room reservation: when the block of rooms has been filled, the conference rate will no longer be available
Shipping Your Materials: Please be aware there may be handling and storage cost for your materials by the hotel. To ship materials to the hotel, packages must be addressed as follows:
