
Darryl P. Turpin Darryl P. Turpin has worked in the substance abuse and criminal justice fields for approximately 18 years, nine of those years in the Drug Court setting. He is founder and CEO of Turpin Consulting Group, located in his hometown of Louisville Kentucky. Additionally, Mr. Turpin serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP). He is also the Chairperson of Thurgood Marshall Action Coalition (TMAC).
Most recently, Mr. Turpin was the Branch Manager of Program Development for the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice. He provided oversight to various programs across the state of Kentucky, including the coordination of Prevention Councils, Mentoring Programs, Faith-Based Initiatives and Disproportionate Minority Confinement.
