Preview Policy	Qualified customers, with the intent to purchase may preview up to 4-VHS videos free of charge. (Except for customers outside the United States). Other formats are available for an additional charge upon special request. Larger quantities for preview must be pre-approved by calling 800-851-5406. Our Preview Period is 14 business days. Extensions are available upon request. We do not send videos to private residences, post office boxes, or overseas. Orders will be shipped UPS Ground within 24 to 48 hours. Additional charges will apply for: Overnight, 2nd day plus a $3.00 handling fee per order. If videos sent out on preview are not purchased or returned within 30 days from the date of shipment, you will be billed the full purchase price.
Returns	All sales are final. Defective merchandise only may be returned within 30 days from the date of original shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for traceable return shipping via UPS or USPS to GWC with a copy of your invoice or packing slip for proper credit.
Guarantee	Inspect all purchases upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, simply contact our office within 30 days, and return the product in its original condition for a full refund or credit.
